Anyone know of any known issues with the 2009-2010 crossfires. I poked around online last night for 2 hours and couldnt find anything. I guess the 2006-2007 had chassie problems and potential fire issues. I couldnt find anything from 2008-2010. I really dont care if the skidoo, or Yamaha people are looking, I just want to be aware if there is anything I should look for before I pickup my new sled.

PM me if you would prefer.

I thought about that, moving my clutch kit over to the new sled, but I remember you had issues. My sled has the electronic reverse too, it will be fast enough.

I am trying to change my avatar, but I keep seeing the old one.

Your clutch kit will not be the same for the 800 differant helix and springs. You will need to do a shift assist beerchug.gif

Not Bashing, but why do you tinker with a brand new sled ? If you need to go faster, why didn't you buy a bigger one ?

Not really about going faster but getting better efficiency out of the clutch and better belt life without slipping the belt and lowering clutch heat.
